First Aid is the initial and temporary help given to the victim of injury or sudden illness usually at the scene and at the time. It may be followed by secondary or Medical Aid.

HSE approved, Valid for 3 years.
New course is 4 days (24 Hours) and refresher courses are 2 days (12 Hours)
